Existen tantas

forma exacerbada. Lleva a delante conductas impropias, poco realistas y
What pair of glasses you choose?
There are as many realities as people. There are as
many perspectives as individuals. However, before a conflict, we find it hard
to accept that these truths are, in the eyes of each one, so certain and
defensible as our own. We perceive reality through different colors of eyeglasses.
These lenses and their different crystals show us the same reality dyed a
different color. The same flower observed through different colors of lenses
generates different responses and that for each carrier of your eyeglasses is
absolutely certain.
The color of the crystals of our sunglasses not only
responds to a whim by imposed before the other, but that is the
result of our personal history and the whole of our experiences. However in
any conflict we can observe people with greater or lesser degree of flexibility
to reach an agreement. In these cases, will take the advantage of leading
the agreement the one that understands and can quickly identify the type of
lenses other use.
- Glasses
of the realistic:. This person sees life full of
opportunities for both as the other. Have a look and compassionate toward
others. He is interested in the general welfare. Create in his benefit
also resides in the benefit of the other. It will be a conflict mediator
and takes advantage of the crisis to create opportunities. Is the one that
faced with a conflict agreement shall elect a win - win. It is identified
with the phrase "I'm okay, you're okay"

believing that everything that happens is an attack towards him. The

majority of the problems originate in him and that he depends on another
to get out of her misery. Usually he asks for aid and he is highly
dependent. He repeats the phrase “I can't” and says to himself he is worth
less than the rest. In a conflict he will assume a submissive role
retained within their opinion or point of view. Is a person highly
impressionable that responds to the formula "I am not ok, you are okay"
- The
pessimistic Glasses: This character feels that he and the world are
against him. Nothing is worth. He
usually abandons any hope and does not believe in anything or anyone, much
less in himself. The world is full of despair. He will never find a solution to his
problem. He lives concerned characterized.
The pessimist is the person who feels" I not ok and the world is not
okay"
- Glasses
of the exalted: These individuals are characterized by living on
the edge. They unknown risks and their consequences. They tend to be the
center of the festivities including false joy. They are unrealistic and
sometimes irresponsible.
Not only before a conflict this notion is useful. We,
individually, use these glasses to understand and value ourselves. Once
identified and detected which of these are, if they mean an obstacle to the construction of our
self-esteem, we can work emotionally to change it. To value and respect us is also a form to
love more ourselves.
